硫堇褪色光度法测定微量肝素

在pH 4.10的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中,肝素与碱性吩噻嗪染料硫堇形成离子缔合物时,染料发生明显的褪色。体系吸光度的降低与肝素钠浓度成正比,肝素的质量浓度在0~60μg/25 mL范围内符合比耳定律,摩尔吸光系数为3.58×106L.mol-1.cm-1。研究了表面活性剂和共存物质的影响,表明方法选择性好。用于肝素钠注射液效价的测定,相对标准偏差小于3%,回收率为96.5%~101.9%。     

活化温度对单组分水性聚氨酯膜结构和性能的影响

用FTIR,DSC,SEM等方法研究了不同热活化温度对水性聚氨酯(APU)结构和性能的影响.结果表明,较高温度的热处理有利于APU膜分子中的氢键重新排列,导致APU膜中无序化氢键有较大幅度地增加和有序化氢键小幅增加,从而形成大量非完善的远程有序结构和少量完善的远程有序结构.这种有序结构在APU中成为有效的物理交联点,使APU膜表现出较好的力学性能.     

A novel in-plane passive microfluidic mixer with modified Tesla structures

An innovative in-plane passive micromixer using modified Tesla structures, which are used as passive valves, has been designed, simulated, fabricated and successfully characterized in this paper. Simulation and experimental results of the developed novel micromixer have shown excellent mixing performance over a wide range of flow conditions in the micro scale. The micromixer realized in this work has achieved even better mixing performance at a higher flow rate, and its pressure drop is less than 10 KPa at the flow rate of 100 microl min(-1). This micromixer shows characteristics similar to Taylor dispersion, with contributions from both diffusion and convection. The mixer has a diffusion domain region at low flow rate, but it moves to a convection domain region at high flow rate. Due to the simple in-plane structure of the novel micromixer explored in this work, the mixer can be easily realized and integrated with on-chip microfluidic devices and micro total analysis systems (micro-TAS).

介绍了一类由铜配位的树状高分子化合物的配位方式、制备及其催化性质。树状高分子与铜配位方式主要有分子内酰胺键的配位和分子末端的端氨基配位或端酯基配位。同时介绍了铜金属纳米粒子的制备及性质。发现随着其代数的增加，所形成纳米粒子的尺寸逐渐减小，而且大大降低了纳米粒子的团聚现象。并探讨了此类大分子在该领域中的研究和应用前景。     

RING-OPENING POLYMERIZATION OF TRIMETHYLENE CARBONATE CATALYZED BY NOVEL SINGLE COMPONENT RARE EARTH CALIXARENE COMPLEXES

In this paper, ring-opening polymerization of trimethylene carbonate (TMC) with rare earth (Nd, Y, La) p-tert-butylcalix[n]arene (n=4, 6, and 8) complexes as catalysts has been studied. Poly(trimethylene carbonate) (PTMC) with Mv of 21,400 was produced by bulk polymerization under the conditions as follows: [TMC]0/[Nd] (molar ratio)=1000,80℃,8h. Mechanism study reveals that the polymerization proceeds via a coordination mechanism.     

Selective Determination of Nanogram γ-Globulin in Human Blood Serum by Resonance Light Scattering of Functionalized Nano-PbS

Functionalized nano-PbS has been prepared and characterized. The functionalized nanoparticles have good dispersibility in water. Reaction of functionalized nano-PbS with γ-globulin (γ-IgG) results an enhanced resonance light scattering (RLS) around 385nm.However, when the content of HSA is lower than 0.5μg/ml^-1 the RLS enhancement is very weak and is nonlinear to concentration of HSA. Based on these results, a new direct quantitative determination method for γ-globulin in blood serum samples without separation is established.Under optimal conditions, the enhanced RLS intensity is in proportion to the γ-IgG concentration in the range 10-500ng/mL. The limit of detection is 2.75ng/mL. This method is proved to be very sensitive, rapid, simple and selective for detection of γ-IgG in blood serum.     

稀土配位催化马来酸酐-苯乙烯-N-苯基马来酰亚胺三元共聚合

采用稀土配位催化剂研究了马来酸酐、苯乙烯和N 苯基马来酰亚胺的三元共聚合反应 .考察了Al La物质的量的比、不同稀土元素、催化剂浓度、聚合反应时间、单体配比等因素对共聚合反应的影响 .利用核磁、红外、热分析等方法对共聚物进行了初步的表征     

金刚烷甲酸稀土(Nd(Ⅲ), La(Ⅲ))配合物[LnL3(HL)(H2O)]2·2EtOH·2H2O的合成和晶体结构

合成了金刚烷甲酸与稀土Nd(Ⅲ)和La(Ⅲ)离子配合物, 并测定了配合物的晶体结构. 配合物的组成为[LnL3(HL)(H2O)]2·2EtOH·2H2O (Ln=Nd (1), La (2), HL=金刚烷甲酸). 配合物晶体均属三斜晶系, 空间群为P1, 晶胞参数 配合物(1) a=1.0556(2) nm, b=1.4913(3) nm, c=1.4920(3) nm , α=106.26(3)°, β=93.51(3)°, γ= 97.23(3)°, V=2.2253(5) nm3, Dcal=1.409 g·cm-3, Z=1, F(000)=990, μ(Mo Kα)=1.225 mm-1, Mr=1888.54. 配合物(2) a=1.0453(2) nm, b=1.4971(3) nm, c=1.5052(3) nm, α=106.07(3)°, β=93.58(3)°, γ=97.56(3)°, V=2.2391(5) nm3, Dcal=1.397 g·cm-3, Z=1, F(000)=984, μ(Mo Kα)=1.015 mm-1, Mr=1877.88. 两个配合物属异质同晶, 呈双核结构, Ln(Ⅲ)为九配位, 形成畸变三帽三棱柱配位多面体.
